Had a new furnace installed. After a month we started having some problems and Budd was here right away to help figure it out. They had to come out some, 5 or 6 times and finally ended up putting in a new air return for us which seemed to have done the trick. Probably the best customer service I have ever had, from the office, to the ones doing the work. A company I would highly recommend.

Called Budd after the company that installed our furnace originally and told us the soonest they could send a techician was eight days! Budd was at our house within hours. The problem was addressed, but recurred — the other company was called 14 times in eight years for the same problem! Called Budd again. Dave tried what tech support suggested, but that didn’t work. However, Dave came up with a solution on his own. Now it works perfectly. In addition, he explained the problem and what fixed it. AND, Dana in the office called several times to check up on us. Outstanding service!
